Levine Law Offices, a legal firm specializing in worker’s compensation and personal injury cases, is owned and led by Darryl Levine. The firm comprises three attorneys, six paralegals, one office manager, and ten administrative staff. Mr. Levine perceives a need for a cultural shift within the organization, as employees exhibit resistance to technological advancements and display a lukewarm attitude towards social media marketing strategies despite their effectiveness (Meehan, 2016).

Future-State Vision

Levine Law Offices aims to enhance client service by equipping staff with proficient technology skills and fostering a positive attitude towards organizational changes. This vision necessitates active involvement from key stakeholders:
